Franchises as part-time business?

Most articles I've read tell of people quitting their jobs and getting franchises as a new source of income. Is it possible to keep you regular 9-5 job, and yet open a franchise? What franchises would you suggest would need, probably, only an hour a day face-time, rather than manning the store from sunrise to sunset?

if you are owner of the franchise outlet and have enough budget to have salesman at the franchise store than it s easy to give 2-3 hours a day after 9-5 job else.the second thing is to to open a franchise in partnership with some one
